Officer Massey has been a member of the police department since October of 1999. He received his rank of Sergeant in 2007. He is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and a 1999 graduate of Mississippi State University. He received his Bachelors of Arts and Science in Sociology, and also received his educational certification in Criminal Justice & Corrections. His basic law enforcement training was completed at the Mississippi Delta Community College Law Enforcement Training Academy.
