Lt. Rogers has been a member of the police department since 1997. He is a native of Starkville, Mississippi, and a 1988 graduate of Starkville High School. Lt. Rogers received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from MSU Officer Rogers received his law enforcement training at the North Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers Training Academy in Tupelo, Mississippi where he graduated on August 30, 1992. Officer Rogers has attended Jackson State University and Mississippi State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. He enjoys basketball, football, and watching movies for his leisure activities.
