Officer Rodney Thompson has been a police officer for seven years. After graduating from MELOTA Police Academy, he served at Starkville Police Department for two years. Officer Thompson came to MSU Police in 2000. He is a Certified DUI Instructor as well as a Certified Bike Officer. Officer Thompson also a member of S.T.O.R.M.( Sobriety Trained Officers Representing Mississippi). Currently he is also seeking a degree in Architectural Appreciation.
