Assistant Chief Kenneth Spencer has been a member of the MSU Police Department since December 1992. He is a native of Bellefontaine, MS and graduated from Eupora High School in 1980. He received his law enforcement training at the Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Academy in Pearl, MS in July 1993. He holds a certificate in Church Leadership from Leavell College of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a certificate in Criminal Justice and Correction, and a master's in Instructional Technology from Mississippi State University
